If a work visa is refused specifically because of an error attributable to documents prepared by EuroVisa, we will either refund the full payment for our service or prepare replacement documents for another available country at no additional service fee, subject to the agreed service terms and case review.
Final visa decisions are made only by embassies, consulates and competent immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee approval where refusal is caused by the applicant, eligibility, immigration policy, background checks, employer circumstances or another reason outside our responsibility.
